1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stories of Endo Inc. website, member portal, and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Stories of Endo Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the United States. Our Services include the Endo Rose Membership Portal, the Wall of Roses, Rosa AI Story Guide, and all associated tools and content.

2. Membership & Payments

The Endo Rose Membership is a one-time fee of $79.99 that grants lifetime access to the member portal and all included features. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

• Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase
• Your NFC medical card will be mailed after intake completion, typically within 5–10 business days
• Membership is personal and non-transferable
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Stories of Endo Inc. does not store your payment information

3. Donations & Sponsorships

• All donations to Stories of Endo Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law
• One-time donations are non-refundable
• Gardener monthly sponsorships may be cancelled at any time with no penalty
• Direct Wall of Roses fundraising donations go directly to the individual member's account via Stripe. Stories of Endo Inc. is not responsible for how those funds are used

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content provided through our Services — including all health tools, educational materials, the Rosa AI Story Guide, and any generated reports — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read through our Services.

The Endo Rose NFC Medical Card is an informational tool to share your health history with providers. It does not replace emergency medical systems or professional clinical judgment.

5. Your Content & Story

When you submit your story through Rosa or publish to the Wall of Roses, you grant Stories of Endo Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your story on our platform. You retain full ownership of your story and may request removal at any time by contacting us.

• You may not submit false, defamatory, or harmful content
• You may not impersonate another person or organization
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

6. Privacy & HIPAA

We take the privacy of your health information seriously. Your medical profile, health data, and story are stored securely and are never sold to third parties. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, and materials created by Stories of Endo Inc. — including the Endo Rose name, logo, Rosa AI, Wall of Roses concept, and portal design — are the intellectual property of Stories of Endo Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stories of Endo Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing informational and community services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stories of Endo Inc. is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable nonprofit law.
